Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellation work for Supreme Science, provided by Natural Health Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. What You Pay
You are charged a one-time fee of $297 when you begin. This covers your personalized reading — your Ayurvedic and Jyotish consultation, your recorded video sitting, and your written letter — together with your first 30 days of membership. After that, membership continues at $99 per month, with the first monthly charge on day 31.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want the work to be right for you. If within 30 days of your initial purchase you decide Supreme Science is not a fit, email us at hello@supremescience.app and we will refund your $297 in full — no complicated conditions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. After the First 30 Days
Once the 30-day guarantee window has passed, the initial $297 fee is non-refundable. You may still cancel your monthly membership at any time (see below). Monthly charges that have already been billed are not pro-rated or refunded, except where required by law.
4. Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel at any time, two ways:
- From your billing page inside the app, which opens the secure customer portal; or
- By emailing hello@supremescience.app and asking us to cancel for you.
When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
5. Failed Payments
If a monthly payment fails, our payment processor will automatically retry over several days, and we will email you so you can update your card. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be paused or cancelled.
